Q: What is Discreet Care?
A: Discreet Care is a private abortion coordination service that helps individuals access legal, safe, and compassionate abortion care across the United States. We match you with a trusted clinic, help schedule appointments, provide logistical support like transportation and lodging, and assist with financial aid sources.
Q: Is abortion legal in my state?
A: Abortion laws vary by state. Some states allow abortion up to a certain number of weeks, others have restrictions, and some have banned it altogether. Our team will verify your state’s legal status and quickly help you access care in a legal state if needed.
Q: Do I have to travel?
A: If abortion access is not available in your state, we will coordinate legal out-of-state care. That includes finding a clinic, booking travel and lodging, and making sure you’re supported the entire way.
Q: What are the different abortion procedures?
Abortion Pill:
Consists of two different medications.
Can be taken up to 10 weeks
First medication is taken at the abortion clinic. The second medication is taken at home 2-3 days after that.
Side effects include abdominal pain, severe cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, dizziness, fever, and chills.
Early Surgical Abortion:
Consists of suction/aspiration
Can be performed up to 14 weeks
Potential risks include physical complications, bleeding, infection, incomplete abortion, allergic reaction to meds, organ damage
Late Term Abortion:
Dilation & Evacuation (15+ weeks)
Labor Induction (2nd and 3rd Trimesters)
Potential risks include incomplete abortion, hemorrhaging, infection, organ damage, anesthesia complications
Discreet Care does not perform abortions.

Q. Why do you charge a fee for your services?
The service fee you pay to us, covers admin time, travel planning, fund sourcing, emotional care, and support staffing — not the medical procedure itself, which is billed to an abortion fund or clinic directly.
Q: Are the clinic costs included in your service packages?
A: No. Our fees cover coordination and support. The abortion procedure itself is billed separately by the clinic. However, we work with a national network of organizations that may cover some or all of those costs — and we’ll apply on your behalf.
Q: How do I pay for Discreet Care’s services?
A: Payment is made securely through our website using Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards and some flexible payment options. All payments are discreetly billed under a generic business name.

Q: Will my information be kept confidential?
A: 100% yes. Everything you share with us is private and protected. We never share your data with third parties without your consent. All communications are encrypted and confidential.
Q: Do I need parental or partner consent?
A: No. You do not need parental or partner consent to contact us or use our services. We respect your autonomy and privacy.
Q: What name will show on my credit card statement?
A: Your charge will appear under a discreet business name that does not reference abortion or healthcare.

Q: What if I need emotional support?
A: Every client who purchases a package receives access to a dedicated Care Coordinator and emotional support resources. With our Full Care Concierge package, you also get post-procedure check-ins and wellness referrals.
Q: What happens after I book a package?
A: You’ll be assigned a personal Care Coordinator within 1 hour. They’ll schedule a brief intake call, begin clinic matching, and walk you through the next steps. You'll be supported the entire way.
🌍 FUNDING & ASSISTANCE
Q: What if I can’t afford the clinic fees?
A: We work with a Nationwide Network of Abortion Funds and assistance programs. As part of your package, we’ll apply on your behalf to every fund you qualify for. Many clients receive full or partial financial aid.
Q: Do you guarantee funding?
A: We can’t guarantee funding, but our experienced coordinators have a high success rate in securing assistance through our partner networks. The sooner you begin the process, the better your chances.
